Project Description:
Morrell Builders has created a luxury multi-family housing community in the Town of Henrietta, surrounded by Locust Hill Country Club. Located on a 9.3-acre parcel on the south side of Jefferson Avenue, its proximity to work centers in Rochester, Henrietta and Pittsford fostered an immediate significant demand for the project. The community offers a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments with a beautiful clubhouse, walking trails, fitness center and other amenities.

Marathon Engineering led engineering and entitlement efforts throughout. A few of the coordination steps included:
- Reconstruction of the Locust Hill driving range as part of the overall project
- NYSDOT approvals for access to Jefferson Road and utility crossings
- Creative sanitary sewer design that provided gravity connection with an intermunicipal agreement with the Town of Pittsford
- NYSDEC permits for a stormwater management facility and nature trails within the state wetland and wetland buffer areas.
