Project Description:
This project is a single-family home located on the east side of Canandaigua Lake. The parcel had been in the family for several years and included a guest house and a tennis court. Our office collaborated with the owner, Hanlon Architects, and Hamilton Stern Construction for a coordinated approach. Several variances were required and obtained through the entitlement process. Our office worked closely with the planning and zoning boards as well as town staff to gain approvals. The result of the teamwork and owners’ responsiveness influencing the design ensured a smooth transition to construction and a beautiful home that will be enjoyed by family for years to come
